ORIGINAL POST: On fresh installs of Windows 7 RTM (both 32- and 64-bit), Windows Explorer does not properly refresh the list of files after moving or deleting.
For example, when moving 50 from My Documents\test1 to My Documents\test2, only 10 disappear from the file list until I manually refresh the view. (I adjusted the procedure to use 40 files in Steps 1 and 4, and 10 in Step 3.) Anyway, here is a video of the issue, as well as output from Problem Steps Recorder.

Again, I got this message because I was sharing and streaming from my libraries which had a UNC path to my WHS server which went down and I rebuilt.
What to do: Check your Flash and expect an update for Windows 7 machines. But it’s available to anyone who’d like to try talking to Windows instead of typing and mousing.
